How does the diagnostic work?
After subscribing, you fill out a short intake form covering your key business metrics. MarginPlug scores your business across Lead Flow, Close Rate, Operations, Profitability, and Retention — then identifies where your margin is leaking most. The whole intake takes about 8 minutes.
What size HVAC business is this for?
MarginPlug is built specifically for HVAC companies with 1–20 trucks doing $500K–$5M in annual revenue. If you're in that range, the benchmarks and recommendations are calibrated to your reality — not a Fortune 500 playbook.
Do I need to connect my CRM or software?
No. The current version works from a simple data intake form — no integrations required. You answer questions about your numbers, we do the analysis. ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro integrations are on the roadmap for a future release.
How is this different from my CRM reports?

What happens after the 14-day trial?
You're charged $97/month, billed monthly. Cancel any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.
